Run component and audio cables out from your gaming console and into the bottom “video in” slots of your video recorder. In this case we used the Hauppauge Video Recorder.
Step 2
Attach another component/audio cable to the upper video out slots. Connect the other end of this cable to the component and audio input of your TV.
Step 3
Plug in a USB Type B to the Video recorder with the other end linked in to your computer.
Step 4
Plug the power cable into your video recorder and plug into a wall outlet.
