Microwave or Pot of Water6.
Wax Paper7.

Fill a pot with water and place onto a stove. Bring the flame to a medium level of heat.
Step 2

Fill a heatproof bowl with dark chocolate and float the bowl into your pot of water. Bring the water just below a boil. This will melt your chocolate without burning it.
You can also choose to place the bowl into a microwave, heating 30-45 seconds at a time and stirring till melted.
Step 3

While waiting for your chocolate to melt, rinse your strawberries under cool water, drying off before dipping into the chocolate
Step 4

Prepare a cookie sheet with wax paper on top.
