Materials:

Hand WrapsStep 1

Place your thumb through the loop of your wrap.
Step 2

Wrap over the back of your wrist, circling three times and keeping tight.
Step 3

Follow under the base of your hand, over the palm, and up between your thumb and forefinger, hanging over the back of your hand at the knuckles.
Step 4

Layer the wrap back and forth a few times over your knuckles.
